Chelsea are interested in signing Real Madrid starlet

As per the Spanish outlet Fichajes, Premier
League champions Chelsea are considering to
get the signature of Real Madrid talented striker
Borja Mayoral, who has attracted the attention of
several European top clubs due to his wonderful
performances at Real Madrid Castilla.
The Stamford Bridge side are looking get the
services of the 18-year-old striker who has been
in red-hot form this season. The gifted Spaniard
has shone in the club’s youth team and made his
senior team debut earlier this season. Mayoral
has 18 months left on his current contract and
Real want to extend his stay for another four
years.
The 18-year-old Mayoral, who represents Spain
national team at U-21 level, has been compared
to a legendary captain of Los Blancos, Raul and
the player also admits that Real Madrid icon
always has been his hero.
During his interview, Mayoral said: “I used to
look up to Raul because he was always looking
for loose balls and paying attention to everything
that went on in the area. Then Karim Benzema
came to Madrid and I studied how he played with
his back to goal, and inside and outside the box.”
Alongside with Chelsea, other Premier League
giants are also keen to get the signature of a
talented striker, including Arsenal and
Manchester United. Mayoral has scored 11 goals
in 24 games for Real Madrid Castilla this season.
